Damaged goods returns
If your order is damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. You must return the goods in the original packaging with the order reference number to the address given below within 15 days of receipt. A replacement product will be dispatched at no extra cost to you once the damaged goods have been received back at our head office. Alternatively, we will offer a full refund including postage if we agree the goods are damaged or defective. This will be refunded to you within 30 working days.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order up to 7 days after the date of delivery for any reason. Goods must be returned unused in the original packaging and with the order reference number inside. We cannot refund bespoke goods unless they are faulty or damaged. Please send returns to:

We recommend returns are sent insured registered delivery as we will not accept responsibility for damaged goods until they are received at our address.

We will refund the sum of the goods within 30 working days or if a replacement is requested we will dispatch this with no extra delivery charge.
