Order information for The Organic Collective

To place an order with us you will be taken through a number of steps in the checkout process. Once your order has been placed we will e-mail you confirmation of your order.

If we cannot accept your order for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible.

Currently we do not offer a split delivery option at checkout. You can simply change the delivery address for the chosen item/items on a separate order.  The invoice for the item will automatically be placed inside the delivery.

If your purchase is a gift please add a message to the comment section in the checkout process. This gift message will be hand written and placed inside the delivery. We will then send the invoice to the billing address and the gift to the delivery address.

You can add any special instructions that we will pass on to the delivery company, but we cannot guarantee that these will be carried out.

Currently we only accept bookings on the website. If you do encounter a problem with your booking you can contact us.
